Commercial Broker
I have been a commercial broker in Colorado for more than 25 years and have been involved in more than $400M in transactions. I also owned National Healthcare Properties, which acquired medical office buildings around the country.
At Live West, I provide services to my fellow agents whose residential clients have commercial needs. This service can range from finding office space to acquiring investment properties of all sizes for office, industrial, land, retail and multi-family. I am also available to advise clients on acquiring investment properties in Colorado and elsewhere in the U.S. This is a nice additional service to offer to your residential clients!
I graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Accounting and have a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration.
